Celsis is proud to announce the new Celsis Accel™ system, a rapid microbial screening system designed specifically to provide operational value to small and medium-size Pharmaceutical, Home and Beauty manufacturers.

Utilizing Celsis’ state-of-the-art reagent technology, the Celsis Accel system delivers quality control results in just 18–24 hours, enabling you to rapidly confirm the quality of your product and quickly release to market.

The Celsis Accel system allows you to:

  • Shorten production cycle times
  • Decrease working capital requirements
  • Reduce inventory requirements
  • Decrease safety stock
  • Receive earlier notification in the event of a contamination
  • Reduce warehouse space costs

With its Financial Impact Assessment (FIA), Celsis can evaluate the cost savings of implementing a Celsis Accel system in your manufacturing facility. Using readily available company-specific information, the FIA projects the 5-year Net Present Value (NPV) of a company’s investment in the Celsis system. The 5-year NPV for the average small to medium-size manufacturing facility is typically in excess of $300,000. Contact Celsis to request a custom FIA.

Celsis Accel specifications Include:

User Interface: The software utilizes a familiar top-ribbon and drop-down menu design similar to Microsoft Office programs for intuitive, ease-of-use. Reagent levels are easily monitored with a color-coded graphic display that’s on-screen all the time along with a workload timer.

Carousel Architecture: The 30 position carousel is integrated into a light sealed chamber accessible through a motor actuated door allowing easy access. Offering fast and precise movement, the sample carousel utilizes the familiar tube based platform for maximum flexibility with sample size and sensitivity.

Ergonomic Design: All user accessible features are ergonomically positioned in front of the user for easy access.

Added Security with One Click Lock Out: In addition to the option of locking data once the run begins, users have the ability to lock the application with a single mouse click in order to ensure that the run is uninterrupted.

Fourth Injector Capability: The Accel system ships standard with three injectors but with the option of a fourth injector that gives the system additional flexibility to incorporate new reagent technology.

On Screen Help: Get help information at the touch of a button. A comprehensive topic-based and searchable help file provides on-screen instructions for performing routine tasks as well as detailed information about a range of topics from software customization to user administration.

Modular Electronics: The use of modular electronics simplifies service, customization and upgrading.

Data Export: Accel.im can export an individual batch or the entire workload to an array of file format types used by LIM systems.

User Administration and Security: User administration utility allows efficient management of user access and function permissions by a system manager.

System Log: An unlimited system log records events by each user and maintains the record for the lifetime of the installation to comply with 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 regulatory requirements.

Proven rugged and reliable systems, plus dedicated global support, have made Celsis the industry standard for leading manufacturers around the world.
